Delivery Information

 

FREE (& Signed-For) Standard Delivery

Our Signed-For Standard Delivery, available on orders in Mainland UK, is sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered within 3-8 days from date of dispatch and tracking reference numbers provided.

 

TRACKED International Shipping £12.99

Our Worldwide Delivery is sent via Royal Mail. We provide tracking reference numbers so that you will be up to date with the location and status of your order.

Terms & Conditions

If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will only accept items returned to us within 21 days from the date your order was dispatched.

Unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of Vita Vivet, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund, even during postage offers.

Please do not use scissors or knives to open your package due to potential careless damage to the product; you are able to just tear the packaging open at the seal. 

Faulty returns eligible for a full refund (including delivery costs) with scissor or knife marks on the Vita Vivet mailing bag will have 50% of delivery costs deducted from the refund as we will not be able to repackage our products using the damaged mailing bag.

All items returned must be deemed fit for resale with the original swing label attached as new.

If you wish to request a refund for your item(s), the original cost (excluding delivery charges) will be paid back to you within 10 days of us receiving your request & item(s).

We have personally carried out checks for faults, marks or stains on each individual bag before dispatch.

All items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued. 

If you are returning items from 2 or more separate orders please include the individual returns slips for each order.

Please ensure to keep the product completely clean as we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains. 

Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us when it arrives with you as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. 

We please ask that you fold/package returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

On the rare occasion, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).

Clearance items are non-eligible for refunds (this is inclusive of all backpacks included in the £10 bag clearance sale).

Any products that have been won in a giveaway may not be refunded or exchanged after you have made your colour choice.
